Biography
Amina's main practice area is Family law, specialising in care proceedings acting for Local Authorities, parents and children in cases in the FPC, County Courts and High Court. She has experience of dealing with matters involving physical and sexual abuse, neglect and non-accidental injury.
Experience
Amina has also acted in cases in respect of applications under the Mental Health Act 2007 in the High Court and Court of Protection.
