Biography

Claire is a specialist Family law practitioner acting predominantly in Public law proceedings for Local Authorities, parents, young parents and guardians at FPC, County Court and High Court level.  She is known for her pleasant but hard-working, no-nonsense approach to cases.

Experience

Claire has particular experience in dealing with issues relating to Special Guardianship Orders,
 Emergency Protection Orders and Secure Accommodation Orders, Private Law Contact and Residence Disputes, Prohibited Steps Orders, proceedings pursuant to the FLA 1996 and the DVCAVA 2004 (Non-molestation and Occupation orders).
