Biography

Deborah is a specialist Family law practitioner, with a particular focus on complex Public and Private law.  She has in-depth knowledge of the Family Courts in the areas of Private and Public law, providing an ability to help and guide clients through what can be a difficult and daunting process and ensuring positive outcomes.

Experience

Deborah has extensive experience in representing Local Authorities, parents and guardians in complex cases concerning chronic neglect, emotional abuse, mental health issues and non-accidental injuries.  She has also represented extended family members in special guardianship applications and adoption matters.

BA joint Honours in Psychology and Sociology, Leeds; Dip Law, Manchester Metropolitan University
