Biography
Geraldine is a Family law practitioner, specialising in public and private law cases relating to children including removal from the jurisdiction, child abduction, adoption (including inter-country adoption), Family law property disputes including ancillary relief, co-habitation and Court of Protection
Experience
Geraldine has particular experience in child abdution matters and inquiries involving public law children issues. She recently appeared in the case of Re S (a Child) before the Supreme Court on an appeal where judgment was handed down giving further guidance on the assessment of risk under Article 13(b) of the Hague Convention 1980.
