Biography
Mark has an extensive Family Law practice, combining public law children work acting for parents, children’s guardians and Local Authorities, with private law and ancillary relief work. He appears at all levels of the Family Courts.
Experience
Mark has considerable experience of very serious public law litigation, with a special interest and expertise in neurological injury (“shaken baby”) cases. He also undertakes Community Care and Court of Protection matters.
