Family

Chambers has a very considerable depth of up-to-date specialist experience at all levels from the family proceedings court to the House of Lords, and a wide range of expertise and seniority in all aspects of family work, including child abduction, human rights, international children's cases including relocation and conflicts of jurisdiction, forced marriage, adoption, care proceedings, (for parents, local authorities, and children's guardians), wardship and private law children cases of all kinds, divorce, civil partnership, matrimonial finance, inheritance and family provision and judicial review. Members have particular experience in representing children in a wide range of private and public law cases.
