Immigration

We have a specialist team covering all aspects of immigration and nationality law, including asylum, family reunion and business applications. Each team member has an established reputation at the Immigration Bar, and there is a wealth of experience at all levels from the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal to the House of Lords.

Chambers has been instructed in a large number of leading cases, particularly in refugee law, and is involved in leading publications on Immigration Law, and has presented training seminars to other practitioners.

Pro bono work is undertaken through the Free Representation Unit (FRU) and Bail for Immigration Detainees (BID). Experience and support is also given to family practitioners in cases involving immigration issues eg. Local Authority care proceedings.
