For the last ten years Polly has specialised in family law and TOLATA cases. All aspects of care proceedings acting particulaly for parents but also local authorities and Guardians, child abduction, ancillary relief matters which include MAREVA injunctions. Polly also has dealings with proffessional negligence claims arising out of ancillary relief proceedings.
