Description: Gregor worked as a legal officer at the Refugee Legal Centre (now called Refugee and Migrant Justice) for five years before joining chambers. He now has a predominantly public law family practice and represents clients in all areas of immigration and asylum law. He often acts in cases where these two issues overlap for people, and provides written immigration advice to parties in care proceedings. He was appointed an Immigration Judge in 2006. Gregor practises both family law and immigration law. His family cases are predominantly public law proceedings in which he will act on behalf of local authorities, family members and guardians. He is also experienced in all aspects of private law. He represents clients in immigration, asylum and human rights appeals at all levels and will advise and appear in applications for judicial review.
