Areas of practice include all aspects of public law children matters, including issues of public interest immunity and restraint of publicity, representing local authorities, parents and guardians; all aspects relating private law children matters, including removal from the jurisdiction and child abduction; adoption, including inter-country adoptions; ancillary relief and family provision under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975; cohabitation matters; administrative law aspects of local government especially social services departments.
