With their relevant and up-to-date experience, our members are able to cover all aspects of child law, specifically care proceedings (acting for children's guardians, parents or local authorities), adoption, wardship and private law children matters, child abduction and international children’s cases, including relocation, conflicts of jurisdiction, and human rights. Our members also have expertise in forced marriage, civil partnership and matrimonial finance, inheritance and family provision, Mental Health Act and Court of Protection matters and judicial review. Individuals are able to provide services in related areas such as probate, trusts, employment and public law.
Renaissance Chambers provides a complete service in immigration work with particular experience and expertise in representing individual applicants and appellants from a wide range of cultures and countries and at all levels of case from first application to the Supreme Court. Immigration and family law expertise can be combined in difficult and complex international children’s cases involving the human rights of the adults and children concerned. Individual members of chambers also regularly write and lecture including internationally in the fields of their specialist expertise. Chambers is accredited to provide Law Society CPD points.
