Certain of our Family practitioners have expertise and experience in cases where there is a cross-over between family and immigration law.
- Immigration & Human Rights Barristers
Several members of the immigration team have a background or still practise in family law and criminal law and are regularly instructed for difficult cross-over cases, as experts in immigration law in family proceedings or, conversely, in family law for the purpose of immigration proceedings.
Our members regularly undertake pro bono work but only when instructed by a solicitor. We also undertake public access work. Please contact the clerks for more information about instructing us directly if you are a member of the public rather than a solicitor or OISC adviser.Noah Weiniger
